8 dl wheat flour
0.5 0.5 tsp salt
1.5 1.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 0.5 dl raw
125 125 g cold butter
1 1 egg
2 2 dl milk
100 100 g chopped dark chocolate 70%
150 150 g frozen raspberries
Whisk the eggs and raw for brushing

To do this

1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, sugar in a bowl.

2nd Dice the butter and pinch with the dry ingredients.

3rd Whisk together eggs and milk, and chop the chocolate into small pieces.

4th Mix the liquid and the chocolate into the dry ingredients into a dough.

5th Gently mix in the frozen raspberries without the breakage.

6th Flatten dough to about 3 cm thick on floured surface and punch out round scones or cut into triangular pieces.

7th Put them on a baking sheet with baking paper and brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with a bit raw.

8th Baked in the oven 250 degrees for a golden color, about 10 minutes.
