Wheat rolls with good coconut and blueberry filling. Very good buns.

Good blueberry buns, extra luxurious cakes with blueberries.

Clock Time: about 2 hours, including 45-minute job

Serves 30 buns
Ingredients:
Bulldeg:

* 25 g of yeast for sweet doughs
* 100 g butter
* 2,5 dl milk
* 1 pc egg
* 1 pinch salt
* 0.75 dl granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
* 7-8 dl flour

Filling:

* 75 g butter
* 100 g of coconut pulp
o or marzipan
* 1 dl icing sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
* 0.5 tsp ground cardamom
* 4 dl blueberries
* 1-2 tbsp potato flour

Garnish:

* Coconut
* Nib

Follow these steps:

Crumble the yeast in a bowl.

Make degvätskan: Melt the butter in a saucepan. Pour in the milk, stir and let the finger be warm, 37 degrees. Since the butter is hot when it is melted so it will be mostly the temperature immediately after you add to milk.

Pour a little of degvätskan over the yeast and stir until it has dissolved. Then pour over the rest of degvätskan.

Add eggs, salt, granulated sugar and cardamom and stir so that the egg is broken down.

Then add the flour, little by little. Please use the electric mixer with Dough hook. Run until you have worked in most of the flour and place dough bowl edges.

Place a bakhandduk over bowl and allow to ferment approximately 40 minutes. Do while filling.
